Just out of curiosity, has the membership list been audited against paypal recently? Records are nice and all, but there may be not-members in that count. PS:One Birthday Party - Will need scheduled coverage. Insurance agent provided us with a form. On hold because nobody is organizing this.
FYI, this is not something we figured in when we were creating the budget for this year. I don't know how much the extra coverage costs. I'm sure we can fit it in.
