Anytime we vote to change by-laws we should vet language with the lawyers first.

Use a committee instead of specifying logistics in vote
The board is empowered to create committees and designate members. Maybe that mechanism can be used to designate who can check IDs. The board can decide to pick area hosts, or not.
Liability
Would people checking IDs have any extra liability that we should do anything about?
