What about other materials for the booth? There are also concerns about the state of the space's finances and the amount of spending that's already happened so far this year - you may see some members more willing to vote yes on a smaller number while you simultaneously solicit some donations directly from members. --Dbever (talk) 19:16, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
We haven't really considered other materials--we do have a small buffer zone. I asked the Liquid Wrench booth sponsor about getting signage and he still needs to get back to me about logistics. Will have to brainstorm about possible fundraisers. Sylphiae (talk) 19:33, 15 August 2014 (UTC)Sylphiae
