Background
It's my opinion that the following three pseudo policies are invalid because they were not voted on by the general membership:
Quite a few people have said that they want both the membership to run the space, and also want the BoD to have the ability to protect it quickly. If the BoD can create temporary policies than need to be validated by a membership vote later, that seems to satisfy both of these interests.
Language
Policy changes in the space are not suitable as a vote of the directors, and must be voted on by the general membership.
