proposed changes and clarifications to voting procedures

  1. Announcements of votes are made on a mailing list that all Full members are allowed to join and post vote announcements too.
  2. All members are required to subscribe to the designated "Vote Announcement" mailing list. Not subscribing forfeits the right to electronic vote notification.
  3. Announcements of votes may be made by any member of the organization.
  4. Announcements of votes must allow for 1 meeting prior to the voting meeting.
