New Business

  • We need a closer for the lounge front door. If it's not a fire code issue, it's a basic building improvement issue to keep the lounge AC from being crappy. Kevin said he'd link to one in RT.

    • Still working with the bookkeeper on getting things reconciled - this is critical for filing taxes.

      • For the record - this is for nearly a year's worth of classes. In the future we will not be issuing points so far 'in the past' - please make your claims promptly.

  • Steve is looking at our property insurance. We're currently covered to something like $50,000.
    • We will be increasing our coverage to $300,000.

  • Authorize $60 for door closer for lounge. All present board members vote in favor.
  • Authorize $500/yr to increase property insurance. 4 votes aye, 1 vote present.
