- We need to file our annual report. Derek will work on it tomorrow morning. We have to pay a fee to file it. See the votes section.
Old Business
- Remind Tony re:payment for electric bills
- Taxes need to be paid to Dan when they are calculated.
- Levi (NWE lawyer) handed the 1023 packet over for review to another partner, Derek will follow up
- Daniel (lawyer) needs to give update to board
- At the last meeting, Paul, our insurance broker, met with us to discuss renewing our insurance coverage. Derek needs to sign something, but now it's not clear if he needs to sign more pages than what Paul initially mentioned. He sent a question to Paul via email for clarification. Regardless, we need to pay the premium. See the votes section.
