New Business

  • Wood TLDR
    • Wood had been red-ticketed but the owner was in communications with ticket creator and had scheduled a pickup time.
    • Wood was missing at the time of scheduled removal.
    • A camera review was requested in hopes of retrieving the missing wood.

(Note from the next day): The wood mover was identified. Wood was returned with a sincere apology for the misunderstanding.

  • Scholarship Applicants
    • V presents 15 applications to the board.
    • James appreciates V taking the time to do this as he would struggle to do it himself.
    • Applications all sound good to the members present and we proceed to vote.
  • James moves to adjourn the meeting. Tim seconds.
