      • We will put together a member vote, targeting to begin voting 6/12 and close 6/17
  • Wingate, Lindsay, Carl - financial reporting
    • Lindsay has put together a dashboard, consolidating information about our income and spending.
    • It is generally excellent
    • She says she can easily run it before every board meeting

      • This will be dug into later

      • Total of $2400 for 2 grants, with more available
    • The biggest concern is the legal implications of paying members to write grants on an ongoing basis
      • We have paid members for certain tasks in one-off scenarios, but this would become part of our regular course of business
    • Eric suggests looking into external consultants
    • Locke does grant work professionally, can help oversee but does not want to write them.
    • Wingate says that his grant has still not said no, they are still deciding.
