- The documents are all on the board drive. Any member who wants to see boring stuff, let us know.
- Who pays taxes due 12/15/25?
  - Nick says, seems to be handled by title company
- Who pays taxes due in 2026 and beyond?
  - Nick says, seems we received a 14,277.93 credit for the landlords share of 2025 taxes (paid in 2026) so we now pay going forward
- Security deposit?
  - Nick says, seems we received a $14,600 credit for this, so we are square now.
i3 Detroit wants to see our insurance policies
- Nick and Jennie will respond.
- We will share the policies, but we will ask them not to share them.

Donzell wants an update on the lathe dust collector power
- Locke says all the logs and tools need to be moved

BoD votes to check the cameras between Sunday 11/23 and Tuesday 11/25 to see who broke the Kobalt miter saw guard
