* General Operation
** Roof is leaking like a sieve.
*** Jennie is sending email to the landlord
** Cleanup efforts on-going
*** Need to properly account for Coffee Roaster and NMR.
*** Collect loaned tool agreements
** James wants to "remove tidyspace" to improve how storage management happens.
*** Milwaukee has a better ticketing system that James wants to adopt. He and Andrew will work on this.
**** Milwaukee has a multi ticket system. Including "group project tickets" and the "free stuff ticket"
**** This led to a discussion about what the difference between trash and salvage is.
**** Sometimes red tickets are broken in their current execution.
***** Joe brings up that the wut zone removal may have exacerbated this problem.
***** Making salvage clearer might help the issue.
***** A discussion was held about the red ticketing over New Years.
****** Nothing untoward seems to have happened.
*** Lot's of discussion will be ongoing about this.

** Pawel has been helping address cubbies on the catwalk
** Andrew still needs to replace the motors in the heater blower units.
*** Motors are in hand for this.
** Heat is generally working okay!

*** Storage registration is kinda confusing.
**** Maybe just allow members to self register in WA
**** More tech team input required.
**** Will review further, all agree we need to document this procedure better.

* Treasury Team
** Looking good to have the 2022 bookkeeping done in the next couple of weeks
** Everyone has been very cooperative.
** Mike Riggs (the usual accountant) has been very slow this year.
*** Might start looking at other options
** Someone from the woodshop has put some interest into joining the treasury team
*** The treasurers are getting tired of training people that go on to do nothing. They are hoping this year will be better.
** Treasurer will start reminding people that you need to ask for your budget before the last 20 mins of the year.
