I know there has been a lot of discussion about how best to let the area hosts access their budgets. I'm suggesting pre paid credit cards might be an option. Cards don't require any information to purchase. Individuals can register them if they want for loss protection. Purchase at some amount, $500? And require full accounting before adding additional funds. On the down side the purchase fee can be kind of steep. And yes, it requires that we trust the area hosts. Mskilton
