Background

There has been some disagreements around this issue.

Language

  • The board of directors is granted the authority to set all official Pumping Station One policies.
  • The process for setting policy shall be by vote of the board of directors in accordance of the bylaws.
  • Policies set by the board may be modified, rescinded or replaced by a vote of the membership.
