Background

The primary IT services in the space are running on aging hardware and an undersized battery backup. Thanks to the explosion of "cloud" service providers, we can replace these with newer second hand systems that are both more powerful _and_ consume significantly less power.

Hypothetically, the power requirements for this hardware could go from the current total of 1300 Watts to < 300 Watts based on Hef's measurements here:
