• Status of money owed by the old landlord. (Eric). We are working on sending information to a separate attorney.

  • recieved member dues by check
• we all agreed we don't need to be holding onto the donation forms for the mill- then we went to go grab them from the filing cabinet and realized that Z specifically wrote on the forms that this copy was meant for the PS1 secretary and that it appears the donations were meant for PS1. Hailey is going to talk to Z to see if he can rewrite the form.

  • time restraints, the member may come back when they have more time

  • yelling at atmosphere- it was fixed, they never gave a good explanation about why it was messed up

  • soul binding agreement for tucker- done
  • continuing to use accounting software well
  • limited amount cards for area hosts - we are looking into Baxter Credit Union because CHASE BANK IS THE WORST
  • audit status- working on it in quickbooks
  • special projects wiki queue - no progress
  • flourish paperwork- bry got it back - needs to fill it out and send it back
  • building electrical systems- kevin caughlin is working on a cheap way to fix flourecents
  • liability insurance review- no progress
  • equipt loan agreement - no progress
  • tool cage area host- no response from geoffrey -
  • doeksen is looking at which brackets we need for fire extinguishers
  • fixing meetup group- sacha is the organizer of the group- meetup may let us reclaim our group if we go through him
• Bry would like to get soap dispensers
• Bry proposed buying a lockbox for people to submit receipts- the rest of the board disagreed and said we should insist people take photos of receipts and email it to treasurer@ because its less paperwork to keep track of and will be seen faster.
