New Business

• Wood TLDR
  • Wood had been red-ticketed but the owner was in communications with ticket creator and had scheduled a pickup time.
  • Wood was missing at the time of scheduled removal.
  • A camera review was requested in hopes of retrieving the missing wood.

(Note from the next day): The wood mover was identified. Wood was returned with a sincere apology for the misunderstanding.

• Scholarship Applicants
  • V presents 15 applications to the board.
  • James appreciates V taking the time to do this as he would struggle to do it himself.
  • Applications all sound good to the members present and we proceed to vote.

Votes

• Vote to check the cameras for the missing wood of belonging to Brad Hovanec in the woodshop from the 10th to the 12th.
  • All 6 in attendance vote yes.

• Vote to approve 15 scholarship applications curated by V.
  • All 6 in attendance vote yes.
