- Status of money owed by the old landlord. (Eric). We are working on sending information to a separate attorney.

- we got an electric bill
- we got more stuff for Haskei LLC, they keep listing us as their business address. They need to not do that because it messes with our state paperwork and we've already told them that
- Steve went over financial report and membership report

- we have two approx $30 charges from amazon that steve can't see details for. We think it may have been something Bry forgot to tell Steve.
- we may consider signing up with waste management for 36 months to lock in our rate

- overpaid com-ed - steve and eric will talk to tony about crediting our account
- we talked about our growth, and if there should be something to curb the influx, or at least get out members more involved in the workings of the space- such as encouraging new members to put in work hours their first month - this was a theoretical conversation
