New Business

• This is not a board meeting. We do not have quorum. This is a board chat.
• Lydia has purchased embroidery machine for graphic arts and textiles
• The AC upstairs is still fucked
• Now that it is getting warm, we need to start caring about server closet heat again
  • Andrew M. has the tools to figure out what to do about that (HVAC load capacity etc.)
  • Julia says the max temp that is ok would be 70-75
  • James suggests that 50 to 55 is more preferable and that we should perhaps insert insulation
  • Andrew M. is currently point person for HVAC, but would perhaps like some other Team GenOpians to pick up some slack

• At 7:45PM we have departed for a closed Board Pow Wow, but not a meeting, though it looks like a meeting but it is not official enough to be a meeting, please note.
