    • He proposes 5%
    • Joe agrees, and offers to co-sponsor a membership vote.
  • Newsletter game plan
    • Can WA be used to send the newsletters, V asks?
      • That is rough. - James
      • Not elegant - Joe
      • Looking to use Mailgun, which we use already for discourse
    • Are we looking to replace WA?
      • Yes, but not anytime soon.
    • Where is new member email sent from?
      • WA.
  • Fidel: A couple of months ago we talked about financial concerns. Should we be more concerned now that we have these infrastructure projects?
    • We have chilled out vote spending, so it shouldn't be a problem.
    • Sam has been talked into a less industrial drum sander - Donzell
    • We have had a good membership gain over the last couple of months
  • "Be the planer you want to see in the world." - James
  • One issue w/ volunteer stressed out with the tasks they had. - Donzell

    • James suggests asking Lyn if she would be interested in helping organize the volunteer appreciation party
      • We can send out the invitation and then in the same email invite feedback and requests for support.
    • Donzell will reach out to Lyn to discuss planning the party.
    • Julia counts 67 WILD volunteers in WA.
    • Jesse asks if there are specific volunteers of concern.
      • This has been moved to board slack for closed meeting
  • Donzell raises an objection to spending money on loaned tools
    • James and Joe don't see that as a problem, as we do that regularly for loaned tools
    • It encourages tools being loaned into the space to help fill niches we don't have
    • James does caveat that the order of magnitude of spending should be taken into account.
    • Donzell thinks Joe is awesome, but only some days.
      • Joe thanks him :)
    • Jesse would like Drew R. or someone to move her art piece back into the lounge, so it doen't get damaged.
