  • Gen Ops
    • No major projects this week, couple of minor repairs
    • De-walled soap dispenser has been repaired
    • AC seems to be working, woodshop filters will be cleaned tonight
      • James just got the bill from the HVAC service, no update on additional work
  • Tech Team
    • People have stopped complaining about the server room now that less [sic] servers are running
    • Dealing with member complaints about members not being able to log into things
      • Not a wild increase, but a few more than usual
    • Joe asks if we are officially clear of LastPass?
      • Very close, we should be good to shut off billing to LastPass.
      • Sky will look into cancelling payments
      • Renewal is now in September, we can cancel and save $1000
  • MMT
    • Still warming up to let the MMT lead she'll be the MMT lead.
    • Very inactive currently.
    • Getting people together is tough - V
    • Not much to do other than standardizing procedures.
    • Not hurting, nothing pressing - V

New Business

  • Donzell has not yet heard from Lyn about the volunteer party.
    • How many volunteers?
      • 75 people would get an email. We could require an RSVP if that would be helpful
      • Estimating no more than 40 people for the event.
  • V asks if anyone wants to co-sponsor a vote to tie scholarship amounts to current membership.
    • Joe offers to co-sponsor
  • Sky is opening a ticket w/ LastPass to cancel, but has also put in fake credit card info to ensure we don't get billed
    • "I've had problems trying to pay them in the past, I have less hope for trying to not pay them" - Sky
  • Donzell mentions he is missing some wood he was using for charcuterie boards. It went missing on Fathers Day.
    • He asks if the board can check the cameras.

    • Sky will assist Donzell in looking at the security camera footage from the 17th and 18th.
  • There will be no board meeting on Tuesday July 4th.
    • Unless circumstance necessitate, the board will stand in recess until July 18th.
