New Business

  • No NFP business is allowed to be transacted at Honey Butter Fried Chicken.
    • According to Donzell
  • James will reach out to the Landlord to invite him to a meal.
  • Donzell contacted the Alderman and said we needed funds and a bigger space
    • Hasn't heard back yet
  • Jesse would like to discuss the horrible state of the CTA Red Line
    • Joe thinks the blueline is slightly better.
    • Jesse would like to report the crazy person or the person smoking, but there is no way to do that without announcing it into the intercom in front of the crazy person.
      • The webform requires you to know your train's run number.
        • This can only be achieved from the front of the lead car.
        • James wonders why the car number isn't enough, since that is in the car.
        • James will ask questions to a member who is a CTA automation technician.
          • This is a relatively new member. Seems like a cool guy. May come to NERP.
    • Yesterday Jesse's trip home took a very long time. The trains were running terribly.
    • Donzell expresses that this must really bother Jesse.
      • Jesse says she has to go to work!
    • The redline attracts the crazy people because it is so long it attracts the crazy people.
      • And there is way too much smoke.
    • James wants access to the super secret API.
    • Jesse wants someone to help build an app.
  • Joe moves to adjourn the meeting. James seconds.
    • Meeting adjourned at 7:48 PM
