    • Heat is working!!
      • New pump installed!
      • Everything filled and pressurized
      • Andrew C. asked when is the last time the radiators were blown out.
        • Unclear, they all need dusted still as they are caked with mud.
        • Andrew M. may make a public event to get people to come help out.
        • will need a lot of patience, a ladder, a lot of vacuums, a dust mask, compressed air, and a tyvek suit.
      • AC and heat are on different thermostats right now, should clean that up so that we don't accidentally run both. Andrew is working on this.
    • Minor issues in lounge bathroom
      • Work in progress on them
  • CTO
    • Looking to get Stripe migration completed by end of the month.
      • Starting with 10 test members.
      • Remove members from WA touching if at all possible
      • Then send email to all members.
    • Freshdesk nuking free plan
      • We need to reduce to 2 agents or start paying by the 22nd
      • Sky proposes reducing to 6-8 licenses, as we look at other options.
      • Still exploring the options for migrating over
        • RT has "spruced its interface up" since the last time we used it
      • The cost of Freshdesk is going to be $15 / user / month
        • Sky, Carl, V, Jennie, James, and some other people are the only ones who have accessed it recently.
        • How many licenses do we want?

      • Uwe asks what Freshdesk is for?
        • It is explained to him that it is the main inbox that all info@ emails go to.
    • Stripe and WA is integrated automatically now.

      • V asks if this works both ways?
        • No! Don't change payment tiers in WA, mess with them in Stripe.
      • Current onboarding process is: sign up in WA, then pay in stripe, then get ID check.
      • There is something going on with a weird link being sent out.
        • New member Nick will check in with Sky after the meeting about.

        • Cost $900
      • CNC plasma has been offline
        • Working with WISCO, TORMACH, and Hypertherm
          • We believe this is an issue with the actual speed of the torch.
          • Tormach is making a patch for pathpilot for us to fix the issue.
          • Joe asks how the hell has no other customer been affected by this?
            • "Right?!"
          • James asks about functionality of this, Ron answers
          • New fluids, new patch, soon to be back up and running soon
          • About to return the new torch, for ~$830, as that was not the issue
            • Ron cried to WISCO to make them accept the return outside of the window.
          • We use sheetcam, they don't generally support that, but a tormach guy looked through our custom post processor Mr. Fluffles and liked it.
        • The lincoln feed roller fell apart, but Ron was able to repair it.
    • Kitchen
      • Lights in the ceiling are done
      • The dishwasher has been leaving deposits, adding a rinsing agent
      • The exhaust fan isn't exhausting, John will look into that soon.
        • James mentions that there is a roof field trip we should schedule to look at this and all of these exhausts.
          • Laser Exhaust and Hot Metals exhaust as well
            • There is currently no functional exhaust anywhere in the building.
            • The paint booth does work, new filters relatively recently.

      • No updates
    • General Area
      • Cleaning day being scheduled for December 1st.
        • Andrew W. and V are working on it.
        • Full red ticket cleanup of the sheetgoods rack

      • Joe will reach out to Osi.
      • There is some new casting investment.
      • Ron replaced the acetylene cylinder.
  • Lindsay says there is a person who is a non-member who wants to hold a Rust meetup here.
    • Lindsay and Carl will help host.

    • Waiting on some final language from our attorney about appraisal and member vote.
    • Jennie asks when Eric thinks the appraisal should be done?
      • Eric says after we have a signed initial agreement.
      • Jennie suggests moving faster on the appraisal, so that we can skip a round of contract negotiations.
