- Our 2024 fed 990 was due a few months ago, we got it extended to November 17. Our IL AG-990 was due at the end of June, we got an extension that Nick thinks was 60 days. That would mean we have just passed our new due date. Nick believes that the fed 990 is a prerequisite to the IL AG-990.
- Carl was not present, so we pushed this topic.
- Uwe thinks we ought to file our taxes.
- Building Purchase:
- A signed offer letter, v3e, was sent by Carl to Tony (and the lawyers on both sides) on the 20th. No response yet. It expires 9/16 at 1pm, just before the next board meeting.
- Carl and James were not present, so we pushed this topic.
- MMT Lead recruitment
- As of the last meeting, Claire had formally stepped back from MMT Lead duties and Ian was posting a form to recruit new volunteers.
- We only got one response, so Ian is going to print signs to put up around the space.
