New Business
- Buyer Info needs to be filled out
- Carl and James will fill out buyer info
- We need to pay earnest money
- Carl was working on it but has currently left the room
- Donzell made a lot of dust
- We need electrician work done
- Wolf is going to do it probably
- James is going to check on Wolfs availability
- Carl returns to the room
- He says there is no due date on earnest money
- He is waiting on Kevin the Lawyer to answer an email about how we actually go about paying earnest money
- Carl is out of town 11/2-11/10, will push to get this done before then
- Morris worked on heating stuff
- They seem generally good, but we haven't actually checked to see if the heat is coming out
- All the heaters need a good blowing out and dusting
- One needs a new blower motor but it hasn't been an issue yet
