New Business

• Lyn Birthday Party Planning Cleanup Day (April 29th is Party)
  • We will have two cleanup days - 1 on the 22nd, one on the 29th to do final tidy.
  • Parties will provide snacks from their budget for cleanup day
  • "One persons snack is not another person's snack" - Wisdom from Donzell
  • There will be sustenance, not substances.
    • James does not want to advertise substances.
    • We will use the term refreshments or snacks to avoid this dillema.
  • The board would like to recognize Lyn for being the best Purple Party Planner. Thanks Lyn!

• Volunteer Appreciation Day Party
  • Donzell thinks we should have one.
    • He thinks an onsite party might be a way to save money.
  • We could do a special volunteer T-Shirt
  • We could give the volunteers substances. (jokes)
  • We could have a volunteer VIP area during the PS:1 party.
