  • Temps are dropping but probably fine to ride it out.
  • Woodshop AC will remain out of service for the rest of the season.
  • Woodshop AC needs the drain side lowered to be back in service.

    • Any modifications to a member profile deletes the members payment info.
    • 32 people have been impacted.
    • Wild Apricot is being extremely unhelpful and admitted we are not the only customer with this issue.
  • Fixing the issues
    • Moving membership payments to Stripe directly.
    • Offering affected members a discount for signing up with the Stripe platform.

    • 49 people have paid but are unapproved due to lack of ID checks.

• • Approved Fixes
    • Reject any profiles pending for more than 3 months.
    • Appy a retention discount as needed at a rate of 25/50/100 for first month back.
