- Woodshop AC is still under duress due to the dust caused by it being a woodshop.
- Boiler pump will need new seals before it is put into production for the impending fall season.
- Makeup air system still does not have a functional heater coil. It is believed we can continue to function without repair, may be addressed in the future.

- Plans are being put in place to migrate from managing members on Wild Apricot to Stripe directly.
- Migration from Slack to Discord is starting today with onboarding of volunteers. We cannot keep Slack as it is no longer free.

- Volunteer audit has concluded, 22 people have had volunteer status revoked.
Eric's update from the landlord
- THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NEW LEASE.
- Purchase is possible.
- Very firm on 1.3 million for the property.
- Potential for 3 year owner financing with 20% down.
- Baloon payment at the end.
- At or below market interest rate.
- Would like to start immediately.
We should start seeking to get the building appraised.
